Our shopping+delivery pricing is based on a number of different factors including weight, number of packages, and delivery zip code and since each order is unique, we quote on a per order basis. We are glad to give you an exact price quote on any list you send our way.
For assembly, we have specific prices for each item, not an hourly cost so you will know ahead of time exactly how much the assembly job will cost. We are glad to give you an exact price quote for assembly on any list you send our way.
You will have a couple different options. The most popular is that we will get as much of your order as we can and deliver that on the date/time agreed upon, and get whatever items were not in stock as soon as they are back in the store and redeliver to you at no additional charge. Another option would be to substitute for an item that is in stock, and if neither of those options work, we are happy to give a complete refund for the out of stock product.
Although rare, this can happen. In this case, we will be glad to get a replacement part or complete product replacement for you at no additional cost to you.
